As founder of Ananda, Kirsty has created a space devoted to holistic wellbeing, where healing, movement, and deep rest come together in harmony. Her approach is deeply intuitive, weaving together hypnotherapy with a range of complementary practices to support gentle yet profound transformation on physical, emotional, and energetic levels.

Kirsty is passionate about helping others access deep relaxation, release what no longer serves them, and awaken their own natural capacity for healing and change. Her role is not to “fix,” but to guide, support, and hold space as each person returns to balance, clarity, and alignment.
