Due to our limited class sizes and high demand, membership changes are subject to availability. We encourage you to choose the option that best supports your current rhythm, as spaces within each tier are intentionally kept small to maintain a calm and personal experience.
All memberships are billed monthly (or annually for the Universal package) and give you access to a set number of classes within that period. Your classes reset each month, allowing you to build a consistent and supportive rhythm without pressure.
Each session is intentionally small, calm, and supportive. You’ll be guided through movement, breath, and grounding practices designed to help you feel more connected, regulated, and at ease in your body.
Not at all. Our classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether you’re completely new or returning to your practice.
Up to two missed classes can be rebooked using a credit for our limited drop-in spaces (subject to availability). After this, sessions aren’t transferable.
To preserve the intimate nature of our classes, each membership secures a limited space within the studio.
If you need to pause, you may do so for up to one month, twice per year, with your space retained at 50% of your membership rate. This ensures continuity within the studio while allowing for short periods of flexibility.
